Terms & conditions
Last updated: 13 October 2026
These terms apply to cleaning and related services provided by Freshline ("we", "us") and to use of this website. By asking us to carry out work, you agree to them.
Our services
We provide home and commercial cleaning (including houses, villas, apartments, offices, gyms and schools), deep cleaning, end of tenancy cleaning, couch and carpet cleaning, and ironing, in North and North West London. Services are described on this website for information and do not form a contract until we confirm your quote.
Quotes and prices
We give a quote based on what you tell us about the property and the work. If the job turns out to differ from what was described, we will tell you and agree any change before continuing. Please ask us to confirm the price, scope and timing in writing.
Booking, changes and cancellation
Please give us as much notice as you can if you need to reschedule or cancel. We will confirm any notice period or charges when we agree your quote.
Access and your property
Please make sure we can access the property at the agreed time, and tell us about pets, fragile items, hazards or areas that need special care. Please also tell us if there is anything we should not clean.
Our standard of work
We carry out services with reasonable care and skill. If you are not happy with a clean, tell us as soon as possible, ideally within a few days, and we will work with you to put it right. Some stains, wear and marks may not be fully removable, and we cannot guarantee a particular result on end of tenancy cleaning or any inventory or deposit decision made by a landlord or agent.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, we are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our failure to use reasonable care and skill.
Complaints
Email contact [at] freshline.co.uk and we will respond as quickly as we can.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, although you may have rights to bring a claim in another part of the UK if you live there.
