Freshline ("we", "us") provides cleaning services in North and North West London. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why, and your rights under UK data protection law (UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018).

What we collect
- Quote requests. When you use the quote form, we receive your name, email address, chosen service, location and any details you include. Formspree processes the submission and delivers it to us.
- Emails you send us. Anything you include when you email us directly.
- Analytics (only if you accept). If you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics to measure visits (pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser). We do not use it to identify you personally.
- Your cookie choice. We store your cookie preference in your browser so we do not keep asking.
How we use it and our legal basis
- To reply to enquiries, give quotes and arrange and carry out cleaning work. Basis: taking steps at your request before a contract, and performing a contract.
- To keep records and handle complaints or disputes. Basis: our legitimate interests and legal obligations.
- To understand how the site is used and improve it. Basis: your consent (analytics cookies only).
Cookies
Nothing optional is switched on until you choose. You can accept or reject analytics when the banner appears, and change your mind at any time using "Cookie settings" in the footer.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We use service providers who process it for us, such as Formspree for quote form submissions, our email provider, our website host and, if you accept analytics, Google. We may share information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Only as long as we need it for the purposes above, including any legal, accounting or dispute requirements. Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted or archived when no longer needed.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to withdraw consent at any time. To do so, email contact [at] freshline.co.uk. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
